Online Hauls: Palty/Prettia, Kanebo, Fibre-Wig and Elf Brush Shampoo

Hello Pretties!!!

Just wanna share some of my sinful hauls over the week. Since it’s been raining on and off these few days, I haven’t been able to visit the mall. But that doesn’t stop me from shopping…..(*evil*) I should really tame down the shopaholic demon inside me orelse I won’t be able to save enough medical funds I’ll be needing in the future or probably soon (-___-)”

Even though I wasn’t able to go out due to weather conditions, but I still manage to haul over some stuff through online shopping!

I am an online shopper for 2-3 years already, but I only shop at 3 sites mainly at  Ebay, Multiply and Sasa.

Of the three online sites, I usually shop at Multiply merely because the processing of orders is easier and most of the seller are local based so it is basically a hassle-free online shopping environment.

My hauls this week are from Geisha’s Secret – a trusted and certified AAA+ multiply seller.

Basically Geisha’s Secret carries huge range of Japanese health and beauty products.  She normally provides Pre-order spree but still manages to have some nice on-hand products as well. As a matter of fact, all the products I purchased from her are on-hand! I have purchased twice from Geisha’s Secret already and both transaction run smoothly and hassle-free. I bought the Aqua Pure Cure Gel I previously reviewed from her as well.

Here are the hauls I bought from Geisha’s Secret:

1)      KAO Prettia Soft Bubble Hair Color (in Antique Rose)

3)      Kanebo Freshel Moistlift BB Cream (Medium Beige)

Price is PHP1,080 (USD25)

 -          I’ve tried the BB creams of Skin79, Missha, Etude House and Inskin Free Troublesome from Korea and L’egere BB cream from Taiwan. All of them provide great coverage merely because the consistency is quite thick and heavy. Even though they go well on coverage but my skin don’t seem to like them that much. I often break out while using these BB creams, thus I decided to stop using BB creams. It’s been almost a year with no BB creams already, so I guess its about time to try it again but this time - a JAPANESE brand BB cream instead. We all know that Japan developed great beauty products thus I decided to give Kanebo Freshel Moist lift BB cream a try.

What is Elf brush Shampoo?

 -An anti-bacterial brush cleanser for thorough cleaning in-between makeup applications.

- Disinfects brushes to provide a fresh and clean application every time.

- Washes away traces of dirt, makeup, oil and debris from your brush while conditioning the hair to provide a clean and soft application for every use.

How to Use:

Cleanse brush regularly by massaging a small amount of the shampoo with water and working it through the bristle from the base of the brush outward. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water. Reshape the bristles and lay flat on a clean cloth to fully dry before next use.

Ingredients:

     Water(Aqua), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide MEA,        Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Chloride, Methylparaben.

 My Reviews:
      The Likes

1)      Able to wash away all the dirts/makeup stain on the brushes

2)      Nice sleek/cute packaging

3)      Love the  soft clear gel consistency

4)      Price is considered affordable as you only need quite few drops on rinsing the brushes

The Dislikes

1)      The ingredients contains Paraben!

My Verdict

      I’m a very lazy person so I only wash my brushes like once in a blue moon. Yeah, you would notice that my brushes are so dirty and full of bacteria. Thus I decided to buy a Brush shampoo so that I can force myself to wash it. But I notice that any ordinary hair shampoo would be able to deliver the same results as the ELF brush shampoo does. In my opinion, it’s NOT really a necessity; you could simply use your hair shampoo to rinse your brushes.

     Will you Buy again?  No
