My Verdict:
I absolutely LOVE this scrub!!!! At first, I was quite hesitant to try this scrub because I’m afraid that it would  dry and peel my skin just like other whitening products does. But all those worry are nonsense as it does NOT dry nor peel my skin at all. Infact, this scrub even provide sufficient amount of moisture to keep skin soft and smooth after every wash. As for whitening effect,  I have yet to see significant results since I’ve been using this for only 2 weeks long. But I did notice that my knees/elbows (which are my dark areas) are gradually lightening EVENLY.

Neutrogena: Hydro Boost Range Review

What is Neutrogena- Hydro Boost Range all about:

Featuring its innovative Progressive Release System, Hydro Boost not only releases moisture steadily into skin for continuous all-day hydration but also addresses the root causes of inner skin dryness. Combining advanced hydrating elements that replenishes and repairs skin from within, Hydro Boost protects skin from the damaging effects of air-conditioning, late nights and the harsh rays of the sun, resulting in smoother, supple skin.
The unique formulation contains highly purified hyaluronic acid which absorbs up to 1,000 times its weight in water and releases it into skin steadily over time, and olive extract, derived from highly purified olive oil, which effectively rebuilds skin’s natural moisture shield, preventing moisture loss. Dermatologist tested, its oil-free and non-comedogenic formulation is also instantly absorbed into the skin and hydrates with a non-greasy feel.

My Verdict for the entire Range:
Crazy weather, unhealthy diet plus hormonal imbalance will result to EXTREME BAD SKIN A.K.A. = ME! But thanks to Neutrogena Hydro Boost Range, it really helps my skin stay hydrated and was able to slowly heal those DRY and RED patches I developed from massive use of acne products. At first I was quite skeptical on trying this range, because my main problem is Acne NOT dryness. But after using for 2weeks long, surprisingly it did improve my skin into more radiant and healthy looking.

For the past years, I’ve always thought that since I have oily skin I should only buy products that targets on oily/acnes treatments. However, most of the products for oily/acne skin can cause dullness, dryness and peeling of skin. Even though our skin might seem oily but our skin still needs sufficient amount of water in order for skin to stay moist, radiant and healthy looking. Thus, the reason why Neutrogena Hydro boosts range was able to provide good results in balancing skin hydration.

Just some nonsense inside note:
I just don’t understand why a lot of people are raving for Etude House products. Am I the only person in the world experiencing “not –so-good” effects upon using EH products?  I’ve tried 3752423142332 products from EH but almost all of them sucks on me. Despite that, I still continue trying out their products.

The main reason why I still continue trying out EH stuff is merely because it is a Korean Brand(we all know Koreans have the nicest skin in the entire universe) and the packaging of their products are so DAMN CUTE!!! How could anyone resists such a kawaii packaging and pinkie stuff eh?  Do you think I should still continue trying out Etude House product or just giveup? =(
